Nick was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada where he attended Del Sol High School and played baseball, basketball, football, and tennis. After high school, he played baseball at Providence Christian College in Pasadena, California for his freshman year. He then transferred to the University of Nevada, Reno where he played on the club baseball team for his next three years. In his first season at Nevada, they ended up winning the NCBA World Series in Paducah, Kentucky and Nick was an All-American pitcher for the team. The following year they made it back to the World Series in Holly Springs, North Carolina. 

After graduating with a degree in Public Health, Nick moved back to Las Vegas and now works full time at the Clark County Water Reclamation District. In his free time, he enjoys playing softball, tennis, and making music.
