Growing up in the northern part of Pittsburgh, Michael attended Shaler Area high school and graduated in the spring of 2018. During that time, he was very involved with athletics, being able to letter in Football, Basketball, Baseball, and Track. Not just being involved with the team but being able to excel and make a difference anywhere he was placed. Michael has a very competitive mindset which was passed down from his father who played collegiate baseball at Allegheny College. This love for competition helped him make the decision to play football in college where he attended Saint Vincent in Latrobe Pa. Michael played 3 years for the bearcats at wide receiver but then hung up the pads due to a season ending shoulder injury that resulted in a double surgery. Michael is still in school but will be graduating with a business management degree in the winter of 2022. “I feel that without sports and competition I would not be the person I am today. I am grateful to Saint Vincent for allowing me to further my athletics and education because I know that a lot of people do not have that opportunity. It is for that reason that I can say I am proud to work for a company that will be opening that door for students wanting to get involved with athletics.”
