East Carolina remains at #1 after a very competitive conference series with UNC, while Texas A&M turns some heads; earning 3 first place votes from the voters this week in the Rawlings Week 19 NCBA DI Top 20.  Lots more movement with 4 new teams joining the party including first-year DI program Houston Community College.  4 new teams joining means 4 teams drop out.  Make sure to check out where everyone landed!
